The beds in my Junior Suite with Harbor View were incredibly comfy, giving me the best sleep I've had in ages. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise, which made my mornings truly special. Plus, the size of the room was exceptional—definitely felt more like an apartment than a typical hotel room!

the hotel is just a short walk from the pier and several great dining options, making it easy to savor all that paihia has to offer during your stay.

my family and i had a fantastic stay at the kingsgate. the views from our junior suite were breathtaking, and the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations. everything was tidy and the shower pressure felt amazing after a day out.

I recently stayed in a gorgeous Junior Suite with Harbor View, which had an exceptional size like an apartment. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, and the laundry facilities were quick but open to the elements. I'd definitely stay here again!

During my stay at Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia, I enjoyed a lovely room with a comfortable queen bed and a gorgeous view of the water. The attentive staff were helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a delightfully generous selection, including eggs and bacon.

Occasional noise disturbances.

Just a good pick for shopping in Paihia with excellent value for money. The waitress at breakfast was efficient and friendly, which really stood out. Make sure to check out nearby eateries since not all facilities were available.

great location but noisy nights

The location was brilliant, right by the waterfront, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, featuring comfortable beds, perfect for winding down after a day out. Tea-making facilities were a lovely addition, allowing for a warm cuppa upon arrival. I particularly enjoyed the pool view, which made my mornings even more delightful.

The late-night bar noise was disruptive during my stay.

The soundproofing could use some work—noisy neighbors and the recycling bin being emptied late at night can disrupt your peace. finding parking was a hassle. lots were often taken, forcing us to park a couple of blocks away. Don't bother with the on-site WiFi, it’s easier to rely on your mobile plan instead. a heads-up—if you're paying in cash, you'd better exchange your money before venturing into this area since there are no local banks or currency exchanges available.

We had a blast staying here! We enjoyed our time by the beautiful pool and loved exploring the area, including a fantastic dolphin tour. There’s plenty of parking available, which made it super convenient for our group. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable.

Unfortunately, our sleep got disturbed because of late-night bar noise. It's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound.

The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfy, which was a plus after a long day. We had nice tea making facilities with milk in the fridge, a great little touch! But, the noise from the bar's late-night recycling was a bit annoying. I didn't love the carpet on the table—definitely an odd choice!
